The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He kindly answered every question we had. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and nice. There was one balcony from the bedroom and one from the living room with a pleasant view. There was quite a lot of equipment in the kitchen as well. The hotel also had a pool, which we did not have the oportunity to use (we didn't have the time). The location is also nice. There is a bus stop nearby - the buses go to the centre and also the aerobus to and from the airport stops there. Not far from the hotel is also the city beach. It would be a nice place to stay longer - we were there one day only. Thank you for the hospitality!

Close to local bus services and a nice 40 minute walk into the centre of Funchal old town. Excellent friendly, helpful and efficient staff in all areas. Good buffet breakfast. This time we were placed on the top 12th floor, had excellent views out to sea. With full view of the comings and goings of the Cruise ships.

Bathroom modern and all you need, the kitchen has all you need too. Great view from the balcony.
